We have been notified that a participant in the Pick & Shovel Tournament on Tuesday night has tested positive. Disinfecting protocols are being followed and the OSDH will perform contact tracing. Specific procedures established by the OSDH will be followed.

Reminder: Frink vs Hartshorne has changed to 4th and 6th grade game tomorrow Dec. 8. They are only allowing 2 tickets per player to enter. Tickets will be handed out today Dec. 7. Game time is 4:00 for 4th girls and the other games will follow.

5th and 6th grade Elementary Basketball teams will be traveling to Talihina December 1. Game time has Changed to 3:30. Bus will return at approximately 6:15. I will be posting the changes of remaining schedule soon.

Please join HPS in a VIRTUAL Assembly @11am to honor our Veterans. (The link will be available at that time.) There will also be a wreath set up at the east middle school entrance from 12pm-4:30pm for those who would like to place a poppy in remembrance of their fellow Veterans.

Disinfecting protocols are being followed. The OSDH will perform contact tracing and may be communicating with you if you or your child were within 6ft for 15 minutes of the infected person.

Hartshorne Schools will be moving to DISTANCE LEARNING for the next 2 weeks. More details will released later this evening. Everyone will need to observe the same procedures we used for VIRTUAL DAYS with the exception that only in-season HS activities will be allowed.

We have been notified that a student in the HS building has tested positive for COVID-19 that could possibly have exposed students and staff. Disinfecting protocols are being followed. The OSDH will perform contact tracing and may be communicating with you if you or your child were within 6ft of the infected person for 15 minutes or longer.
The Hartshorne Athletic Department will open basketball season ticket sales beginning November 9th. The different packages & pricing for each is attached. Email Athletic Director Justin James at jjames@hartshorne.k12.ok.us to schedule an appointment to come to the Event Center to pick your seat(s) and pay for them, if you are interested. Seats available will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
